Gamers: don't die alone!

Website plays matchmaker with online gamers
Wed Jun 16 2004, 12:01
FANS OF EVERQUEST AND SIMILAR online RPG games, or MMORPGs, no longer have to fear dying alone, slumped pathetically over their PCs while they draw their final breaths. Now there's a site that lets the average online gamer hook up with like-minded sad-cases, MMOdating.

The site allows users to search for their ideal match, be it gay or straight, male or female. Interestingly, the homepage shows several attractive people smiling, maybe talking about their level 75 orcs, or bragging about beta-testing for the latest MMORPG. Or maybe they're laughing and smiling because they'll never have to use a site like this.

Members of said site all appear to be charming and open-minded. As one lovely lady says, and I quote directly from her profile, "people can be annoying a lot O_o but my pet rats rarely annoy me ^.^". Well, people won't be annoying you on this site, because everyone's just like you!

I have a sneaking suspicion this website was set up by some kind of shady government type, to stop these gamers breeding with the rest of us. ยต
