Well, if you are the lucky bidder in an auction on Ebay, you can own the pier that juts into the sea at Totland, Isle of Wight.

The pier will cost you £96,000 but isn't part of the Ebay auction, which has so far realised £65,000.

The greasy spoon is described as an unopposed money generating business in a fantastic position, with a large car park opposite the site.
