It's time for the human race to enter the solar system - Dan Quayle
MICROSOFT, a company well known for playing around with the English language in its press releases, has come up with a new meaning for the phrase 'up and running.'
According to Engadget, Vole uses the term on its Xbox Live service status box. However immediately after the words saying that the Xbox Live service status box is "up and running" follows the a warning that users might experience a few 'intermittent issues'.
Users report these problems are about as intermittent and spontaneous as the earth's orbit around the sun. More optimistic punters say that Vole's network is down 'only' 75 percent of the time.
On the plus side, Microsoft says that it is working overtime to fix the problems and things will be more than just 'up and running' soon. The network might move to 'almost working' status any moment.

The XBOX live service is hosted on the same computer that powers Seattle's firework display.

Give them time guys, they'll fix the problem one at a time.
