Evesham hits Franco credit problems

'Not a big deal', says system builder
Tuesday, 20 March 2007, 12:57
FRENCH CREDIT INSURER Euler Hermes has withdrawn Evesham's line of credit following the UK system builder's late filing of 2006 accounts, reports channel-feeder Microscope.

Evesham MD Brad Walker told the INQ today that he had "nothing to add to the comments already made."

The trouble arose when Evesham cast doubt on the effectiveness of an NDA from Euler Walker before disclosing company information and refused to sign up.

Evesham says it is working closely with its suppliers and continues to trade. "It has not been a big problem and we have not felt the pinch," added Walker. ยต
