Mobile AMD chips unlocked with Windows XP

Petr Loc says here that he's discovered software allowing some AMD chips to be unlocked. Apparently AMD forgot to lock the L5 bridges. [We originally linked this to OC Workbench - apologies to Petr, the credit is really his. Ed.]
