Airfoil ends up on Windows

MAC GADGET software Airfoil, which enables punters to send audio from applications like WinAmp, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player to their remote speakers, has been ported to Windows.

It is the first time that Rogue Amoeba Software has had a go at adapting its software to Windows.

The company has had to take steps in its press releases to confirm to its Mac fans that it is remaining a Mac software maker. This is just in case any of its customers liberally dowse themselves in petrol and set fire to themselves outside the company offices in protest against Mac software ending up in Windows.
