Dell pulls plug on small LCD TVs

So what's the future?
Mon Dec 05 2005, 09:50
DELL EUROPE appears to have canned all the LCD TVs it was selling that are less than 32-inch wide.

One example is the popular Dell W2600, a 26-inch machine which is listed on its search page, but which appears to have become a ghostie. Here.

What's puzzling European buyers is that the W2600 was recently offered for €519 inclusive - a pretty good deal but now apparently gone forever, with an expiry date of the 25th of December. But it looks like it's sold out of these models completely.

The Dell multimedia LCD TV range can be found here, the firm is currently offering £200 off a 37-inch model, here.

Dell last month was offering fantastic deals on its PCs too, but presumably it's now cleaned out its stock. µ
