AMD issues revenue warning

CHIP MAKER AMD has warned it's unlikely to hit its target of revenues mid $1.6 billion to $1.7 billion for its first calendar quarter, reported Dow Jones.

We reported last Saturday that it plans to double the number of common stock shares available, subject to shareholder approval.

AMD CEO is making a presentation at a Morgan Stanley technology conference in San Francisco later today. µ
