Novell waives SCO's right to Sequent confidentiality

BECAUSE SCO DIDN'T reply to a letter sent by Novell regarding Sequent code, the latter company has invoked a section of the agreement to waive confidentiality obligations.

Novell had given SCO until noon on the 11th of February to reply to a previous letter it sent.

And now it's acted as it appeared SCO hasn't replied to that letter.
