Real upgradeable graphics

A NOISY company called Eurocom is finally offering a real choice for graphic upgradeability. You can just upgrade a few high end notebook models such as the Eurocom D900T Phantom but now you at least have a few graphic options.

You can chose between Nvidia Geforce 6800 256MB 16 X PCIe card based on NV41M 10L chip clocked at 250MHz core and 300MHz memory. The second option is Nvidia Geforce 6800 card with 256 MB memory and 16X PCIe interface based on NV41M 12L core. It's clocked little bit higher to 330 MHz core and 500 MHz memory.

The third option is NVIDIA Quadro FX 1400 Go with OpenGL based on NV41GLM 12L core. This card is clocked at 330MHz core and 500MHz memory. This option is for those who want to work with professional OpenGL applications.

The fourth option is to use ATI Mobility Radeon X800 based on M28 12L chip. It's clocked at 400MHz core and 350MHz memory.

And last, but not least is the ATI Mobility Radeon X700 based on the M26 chip. This card is clocked at a 350MHz core and 330MHz memory.

You can get them and plug them into your notebooks, and that's the beauty. We know that at least Alienware also offers this kind of flexibility on its Area 51 M notebooks but it doesn't make quite as much noise as Eurocom. ยต
