Intel bumps 45 nanometre process back

IT LOOKS LIKE there is a slight speed bump in the road to Intel's process dominance.

A bird told us last week that the 45 nanometre process due in Q4/07 has been delayed. The said birds now say it is set for Q1/08. Hardly the end of the world, more of a slight change. µ
