EVGA sends HDMI widget for free

I want my, I want my, I want my HDTV
Wednesday, 18 June 2008, 10:10

IF YOU HAVE SHELLED out $500 or so for and EVGA GTX200 series garphics card in the last couple of days, and have been howling in derision at its lack of HDMI connectivity, then howl no more.

The nice folks at EVGA have realised the error of their ways and are offering registered users the chance to get a free adapter.

If you're the impatient type you can get a generic version right now, but if you're prepared to wait until the 26th of June you can get a shiny new officially certified and fully compliant version.

To qualify you must have bought and registered the card after June 16th and you'll need your serial number.

HDMI for free - this looks more like a excuse for not including this cable in box like all other board partners..... pffff
