Cnet buys mp3.com

Will offer music download service

NEWS WIRE Cnet has bought mp3.com, according to a report on neowin.net.

The web site said that mailings have gone out to people saying that on Tuesday the 2nd of December, the current mp3.com site won't look like it did before.

And apparently Cnet plans to offer an MP3 download music service in the very near future.
