But an Intel rep replied that while "technically" AMD is correct, it still remains to be seen how many of the "millions of documents" collected during the discovery period will be kept from the public.
AMD said: "There has been no discussion among the parties regarding the sealing of documents. To the contrary, we're working on a mutually agreeable protective order. We expect that the final protection order will serve the public's significant interest in this case."

So it will be a little while before we know what's going to be public and what's not.
And in the meantime all of you should have your eyes tested because even if a chunk of the stuff is sealed, there are still going to be millions of documents to wade through.
