Transformers laptop quenches your thirst

THOSE OF you who caught the opening weekend of Michael Bay's sublime Transformers movie will no doubt be pining for a shape-changing eectonic robot hybrid of your very own.

While we can't promise you one of the robots that transforms from an Xbox 360 into a Decepticon, or even your own full-size Optimus Prime, we can point out that Haier has got a new Transformers-themed gaming laptop that might do a little to quench your petroleum thirst.

OK, so it's not that great - it's really just a 17-inch Core 2 Duo laptop with 7950 graphics and a big Autobot logo on the back. But it's a pretty neat logo, it appears to glow, and Transformers are hot right now. If only the operating system would transform into OSX, this writer would be truly content. µ
