Wozniak Woz to keynote at Distree XXL

UNLIKE CASINO Royale, the new James Bond movie, the big computer distributor event, Distree, will take place in Monte Carlo. As it happens, Casino Royale takes place in relatively little-known Montenegro.

Distree XXL is a join venture of two events, Distree Central/Eastern Europe and Distree Middle East/Africa and it is a five-day shindig that will take place from January 25th to the 30th. It is the channel event assembling executives that practise the art of selling computers. The chaps that show their faces at this event are responsible for over a billion bucks in sales.

Steve Wozniak, the ex-Apple chap will keynote the conference and will share his wisdom. It turns out that EMEA- Europe Middle East and Africa - is the world's largest IT market with the industry growing by over 73 million units a year - a seventeen per cent surge over 2005.
