ATI, Nvidia target graphics to go

THE GRAPHICS BATTLE moves to the mobility arena with both ATI and Nvidia serving up wibbleworthy contenders.

ATI's Mobility Radeon 9700 is based on the M11 mobile graphics chip, a mini-rev using TSMC's .13µ low-k process and explored on beyond3d here.
