Canadian regulators accuse ATI CEO of insider trading

And five others in the company

THE GLOBE AND MAIL said today that investigators at the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) have started proceedings against ATI Technologies, the CEO of ATI and five other people, alleging insider trading.

The newspaper said that KY Ho and the five others are alleged to have used insider trading to make nearly CA$8 million in profits and reaping tax benefits.

A hearing into the allegations will be made by the six people before securities regulators in Toronto on the 14th February, the newspaper said.
