Terratec makes DVB-T for Mac

MACINTELTOSH people are going to love it. Terratec just announced its Cinergy T and it supports Pro ExpressCard standard. This is a DVB-T and radio tuner card and it will be available at late January for €129.

The company claims that its product is easy, plug and play. You plug the card, install the software, plug the antenna or cable, scan for channels and you are good to go.

The card comes with Elgato EyeTV "software that will let you stop, unwind and rewind telecast, also known as time shifting. It also supports EPG electronic program guide.

The software supports recording as well and it can do record on the fly, with the touch of the button. The product supports stereo sound, remote programming via internet, Videotext and supports Digital Video recording with full MPEG2 support. The package includes TerraTec HomeCinema Windows software.

So Macintelitoshers this is the stuff for you, first of its kind, the company claims. ยต
