The firm managed produce a series of Toxic X1950XTX cards powered with A.P.E. - Automatic Performance Enhancer marchitecture that clocks the card to a magical 695MHz. Sadly, they simply could not hit and support the card on a milestone 700MHz.
Sapphire has a Limited Edition of Toxic Crossfire Edition cards clocked at the same 650MHz or 695MHz with A.P.E. core and 2000MHz memory. Both cards have the same clocks and features 48 pixel Shaders, sixteen Pipelines and eight vertex Shaders.
The cards are liquid cooled, with a pure copper water block, 12V mini pump and two fans to cool the copper radiator. The coolers are very quiet - 18dBA at 2000RPM, 26dBA at 2500RPM.
The non-master card is listed for around 500 and should be available in most places shortly. In some stores it is available at press time.
What we would really like to see from Sapphire now is the Crossfire kit with two cards water cooled, we know it would be limited but this is what the high-end users would really like. ยต
