Taiwan quake didn't shake chip operations

Nova wide awake but Hsinchu didn't break

THE 6.6 quake that threw Nova out of bed in the middle of the night hasn't disrupted chip ops in Hsinchu Science Park.

A report on Digitimes said the quake only registered three on the Richter Scale in Hsinchu, the foremost centre of chip operations on the island of Taiwan.
