THREE SHINY NEW Nehalem-based quad-core processors are due to be launched by Intel towards the end of Q4 according to the rumour mill next to the water cooler of Taiwanese motherboard makers.
The temporarily-nicknamed XE, P1 and MS3 target Chipzilla’s new LGA1366 socket, all have a TDP of 130W, 8MB L3 cache, will support simultaneous multi-threading (SMT) and boast core frequencies of 3.2GHz, 2.93GHz and 2.66GHz, respectively, if DodgyTimes is to be believed.
To back up its new processors, Intel will also purportedly let loose its X58 and ICH10 chipset combination around the same time, which its thought could provide a performance boost of between 15 and 30 per cent.
Intel’s X58 chipset would apparently sport the company’s innovative QuickPath Interconnect feature which allows processors to connect to another component or another chip on the motherboard.
PCI Express 8x slots would also be part and parcel of the new platform, along with support for AMD's Quad CrossFireX. Still no word on whether Chipzilla will be allowed to Nvidia's SLI technology though. µ

Egie flamboi on face, Bloomfield sits with its X58 mains ready, yet sometomes stepping advance to B3 before release & at any rate, its Sit & Wait Game.Intel will NOT Comment on Non ?Authorized comments: Well then, Why'd released BO Steppings of Bloomfield/nahalem?

I'm changing My Name to Mary Jo.yce Informant. Also when 7 is stated to be glitch free, its because its same kernel as Ultimate, which cleared out 97% of incompatibilities.
LOOKS LIKE AMD GETS 6 MONTH REPRIVE.
Listen for sounds of Blu Ray O/s. that'd be cooker.circa 2018 come on Intel your holding up band from mirrored 2 core true integrated to 4-Core 8thread computing to Dunnington thing, isn't that still this Summer?Trannies Are THE Game.
TS drashek
Not being funny, but does anyone here ever have any f*cking clue as to what Drashek is on about? Ever?
If you check out his website, the dude appears to enjoy the odd puff (or more) of wacky tobaccy.

BUT...maybe it's just the poor old Mark V. Shaney or his son trolling these poor old hills.

Intel’s X58 chipset would apparently sport the company’s innovative QuickPath Interconnect feature which allows government agencies to oversea all phone and internet traffic.

Still no word on whether Chipzilla will be to make surfing and downloading torrents effectively impervious to uninvited monitoring - especially since Pirate Bay's servers are now distributed around 'privacy friendly' countries rather than Sweden, where its server farms were previously raided.

THE PIRATE BAY, perhaps the world's most notorious source for internet downloads, has announced that it is going to be activated if triggered by a criminal noise or eventually even certain growled words which would suggest a crime is being committed.
