Asus to ship PhysX cards with a game

ASUS MADE quite a nice plan for the introduction of its Ageia based PhysX card. We already reported that the samples of the Ageia cards were sent late last week and that the retail cards should not be that far away, let's give them a week or two.

The biggest problem is of course the content. As we reported, Ageia had to wait for some games to become available before it could let its partners ship the cards.

Now, Asus will ship its PhysX cards with a few demos that can show what is the card made of and a copy of the first retail game that really uses the PhysX card, UbiSoft's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, also known as GRAW.

We expect to see cards in the UK retail market by the end of the month, latest. If you are an optimist you should be able to get a card in less that a two weeks from now but you never know what might cause further delays. µ
