Prescott involved in Fire Dispute

SEVEN TRADE UNIONS have appealed to second level government microprocessor John Prescott to intervene in a breakdown of talks between the Fire Brigades Union and the National Fire Employers.

A strike by the UK Fire Brigade is in the offing.

Prescott is the deputy prime minister of the UK government and has been known to "overheat", just like Intel's chip is alleged to do..

But unlike Intel's flagship product, Prescott is also in charge of government department DEFRA (the department for environment, food and rural affairs), which has just chosen Autonomy to maximise efficiency and improve access to departmental information.
