A BLOKE WHO runs a car business called IntelAUTO and got threatened by chip firm Intel has decided to take on the firm.

Tom Stokes told the INQ that he'd heard from Intel lawyers who claimed that the name of his firm cut across their own "brand equity".

Rather than fiddle-faddle with Intel's corporate lawyers, or hire his own to defend his corner, Stokes has decided to take the multinational on.

He told the INQ that he would fight Intel's trademark case all the way.

And he's started a web site explaining his stance, called Intel Bully, here. µ
