Oracle gobbles up Bea

Larry didn’t need to warry

BEA ACCEPTED an approach from Oracle for its business, which paid $8.5 billion for the firm.

Each share cost Oracle $19.38 and Bea fell to Larry’s charisma only three months after it had rejected an earlier offer of $6.7 billion.

Usually, in our humble experience, what Larry wants, Larry gets. µ
