Samsung amour, la la la la

A KOREAN MAGAZINE claims chip giant Samsung and little Microsoft will steal a march on the hard drive competition at month end.

According to the Korea Times, both firms will roll out the drive at the end of the month at WinHEC. Vista will support such hybrids, said the report.

A Samsung spinner said that the firm has "tailored" the device to the always up-and-coming OS, Microsoft Vista.

It appears to be a kind of flash memory device which may well come with the Vista logo on it. This will please many, but cheese off electro-mechanical hard drive vendors. They continually hope their fortunes will rise. µ
