TECH REPORT has mixed feelings about the Biostar iDEQ 330P SFF. They like it for its hinged chassis which easily gives access to the innards of the machine within seconds. Biostar also tried to innovate with a BTX type cooling structur but this "fiascoed" with higher temperature and the inability of the barebone to run 6800GT cool.

French website - bring in your translators - les numeriques.com chose to compare eight joypads or gamepas on a number of games. Forcefeedback models have their pluses and minuses while the Belkin Nostromo might be the natural complement to the mouse, that everyone was expecting. The best one though is the Logitech Cordless pad, at least according to LN.

Another French website, Matbe, tests six video card heatsinks. Zalman has four models, Thermaltake and Artic, one each. The Zalman cards get the top two spots while the Arctic cooler gets number three. The test was geared towards high level cards rather than mid range GCs. They also reviewed six mice combos. Three from Logitech, one from IOgear, Microsoft and Trust. From wirelessness to fingerprint reading and bluetooth, you'll find one combo to suit your needs. Logitech gets the kudos with the Dinovo for notebooks.

Hardware.fr has a roundup of extra flat digital cameras; 11 of them in all. Sony even has a 5MP 15mm model with a 64mm screen. Dozens of photos taken, inside and outside, with or without zoom to show you which one of them would be the best for you. They even compare a Sony Ericsson Camera Phone and conclude that extra flat cameras are on the way out, three years at most.

Digit-life tests the AMD Athlon FX57 against the Pentium D 820 and the Pentium 4 670. All in all, eight CPU's are included in the review with a total of 65 test results and diagrams. Professional benchmarks are for once included - soo if you plan to run Studio Max or Maya, have a look at the review. Intel rules value for money at the lower end Dual Core while AMD rules the single core world.

Hothardware takes a look at three nForce 4 Ultra motherboards, from Abit, MSI and ECS. While they all come with the Enthusiast badge stuck on them, it seems that ECS does not qualify due to its low ability to overclock. Abit's card came with a sound daughter board with SPDIF and the OTES Ramflow cooler while ECS board was pink in colour. Overall HH prefers the MSI board for its all roundedness.

Viperlair checks the Asus Extreme N6800GT, two of them in fact. This PCI Express card will cost nearly $800 in pair, more expensive though than a single 7800GTX. You get a few extra accessories including a webcam with a build in microphone. The 6800GT is a powerful card, that is a fact. Unfortunately, the X800XL exists and at $280, it is cheaper and not that much slower, except if you're a DOOM 3 addict. Do not consider SLI in this case. It would probably cost you cheaper just to buy a 7800GTX. µ
