AMD grabs 25% share of market

MERCURY RESEARCH said AMD took 25.3% of the X86 market in the fourth quarter of last year, according to a report on Reuters.

That share compares to 21.4% in the fourth quarter of the previous year. During the fourth quarter, Intel went into full production of its next generation processors.
