32GB USB memory key in the works

OCZ has prototypes up and running
Thursday, 28 September 2006, 13:10
OCZ is working hard on a 32 GB USB key. We confirmed that in a conversation that we had with some company insiders. The prototypes are already in the testing phase and we learned that the key is a little bit bigger than the standard USB keys.

The company wants to introduce 16 and 32 GB's and out understanding is that it will happen much sooner that anyone expects it. We think that the real products might be ready in the next few months.

We are looking forward to testing this kind of marchitecture as this memory device starts to have the hard drive capacity and it would be fun to install Windows on it. Well give us some time once we get it we will play with it, as we like to do weird things with hardware. ยต
