Stallman attacked by Ninjas

Life imitates art
Mon Oct 22 2007, 09:20

GPL Guru Richard Stallman was attacked by a gang of ninjas when he attempted to talk at Yale University.

Wacky students were apparently inspired by this cartoon which shows students dressed as Ninjas attacking Stallman who, believing they are from Microsoft, sees them off with a Samari sword.

Fortunately for the students, life did not completely mimic art and Stallman did not cry out "Cry Freedom for the GPL" and chase them with any sharp cutlery.

All Stallman had to do is look sternly through his beard and the Ninjas vanished into the night. Stallman went on to win the debate that DRM should be illegal.
