AN ASSISTANT US attorney in Newark who penned an anonymous spicy blog about what judges and lawyers get up to has quit his job.

David Lat, who penned "Underneath Their Robes" sent an e-mail Friday to fellow staff at the US attorney's office, telling them that it was his last day. Lat's blog claimed to be written by a young, female lawyer going by the pen name of Article Three Groupie, or A3G.

For our European readers Article III is the section of the US Constitution dealing with the judiciary. Lat revealed his true identity in November in the New Yorker magazine, and many wondered if his coming out would be the end of his career.

The blog contained Judge spotting and had lists of "super hotties" and named "Sporty, Spicy Judges". No mention of Posh or Baby Judge.

The US Attorney's office said that Lat had not been fired, in fact he was good at his job, but it was his decision to go. Lat claims that you 'ain't seen the last of him'. More here. µ
