Intel will not be spanked

IT OFTEN HAPPENS. No sooner do you report a good story than it gets shot down. In this case, Forbes reported that Intel was going to be spanked in Germany over exclusivity contracts.

Today, two sources ( 1 and 2) both say that the German government has decided there isn't enough evidence to launch a full investigation, much less do any spanking.

Ah well.µ
