FB-DIMMs attract massive secret subsidies

ONE OF THE MOST significant price drops of the year has been in FB-DIMMs.

They went from amazing price premiums, twice what DDR2 cost to almost price parity.

The reason, we hear, is not demand, but a huge subsidy from at least one interested party.

We wonder who could be paying for all those AMBs? µ
