Microsoft, US treasury, Salt Lake City police sued

A MAN HAS FILED suit against the US treasury department, the "federal exchange" commission, the Salt Lake City police department and "any and all internet corporations", including Microsoft, in a Utah district court.

Mr Brigadier General Ronnie Lee McDaniel is suing this bunch because they have committed breaches of conduct against him and he claims he has diplomatic immunity under J.2D6.CA.10.

The case was filed under US court procedures which allows people to bring cases as a pauper if they can't find the money to hire expensive briefs. The judge in the case granted him permission to proceed with the complaint.

He is bringing the case because, he says, he has made "several complaint to Bill gates personally and all internet corporations were ignored when asked to stop". He wants to "prevent all webmasters from inserting diamons (sic) containing illicit porn and email theft".

Count two claims the British Prime Minister is a member of a society called the freemasons and "has committed multiple/and responsible for multiple counts of murder, child molestation and numerous crimes worldwide."

He said that evidence will be produced at the trial on behalf of the United Nations peacekeeping council. "Also over $600,000,000 has not been recovered by local authorities in Salt Lake City after reported to local officials and authorities."

He alleges that he's been injured by the actions of the defendants. "Yes - five counts of assult 1 count of attempted assult w/d weapon, 1 count kidnapping and multiple counts of attempted murder and 3 gun shot wounds in the line of duty. And local authorities refuse to apprehend and arrest any and all parties. "

He said another case is pending in a previous court in the township of Las Vegas. µ
