IRISH RESELLER Mentec International is to rebrand recent UK acquisitions under its own name.

Mentec, big in integrated financial management, ERP and e-business solutions, is folding Xdat and Sytation, acquired in May 2005 and December 2004 respectively, into one overall unit.

Mentec's managing director, Kevin Haverty, said: "During 2005 we made a number of key investments as part of our commitment to delivering the highest levels of service. These have included adding further skills and expertise around the Microsoft Great Plains product, overhauling our support desk operations and introducing a new range of related products and services. We have now merged Mentec, Sytation and Xdat's operations into a single entity. To reflect this all group companies will trade as Mentec International Ltd.” µ
