The disclosure came in the VOIP outfit's April 6 filing to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
The filing wants a permanent stay on the injunction which would prevent Vonage from signing up new customers.
Vonage says it was developing workarounds, but in a section of the April 6 filing, the company confirmed it has no such technique yet.
It warns that the company could be history if a injunction was made and the company would suffer badly even before it had a chance to appeal.
