Wed Feb 14 2007, 14:51
A COUPLE OF INDIVIDUALS have sued Dell in an employment dispute at its call centre in Roseburg.

The News Review said Walter Romas and David Norman have complained about a clocking in system which means they're not paid all the money they're owed, they allege.

The lawyers acting for the two want to extend the complaint to a class action which could include as many as 1,000 individuals. µ
