Seagate CEO says his products promote porn

Reality hits PC industry shock

FORTUNE MAG reports that Bill Watkins, Seagate's CEO, has shown refreshing honesty about hard drives.

Bill Watkins, the CEO, said Seagate wasn't changing the world. Instead it is making products that let people buy more "crap" and watch pornography.

Seagate will make a terabyte drive by next summer costing $700 - or less - and Dell doesn't understand customers.
