Pre-order a Leadtek 7950GX2 for €620 inclusive

A CZECH COMPUTER retailer informed us that distributors in Europe already received some limited stocks of 7950 GX2 cards.

To be precise, one distributor expects a batch of Leadtek WF PX7950GX2/PCIe, 2x512MB, HDTV cards today. The distributor already warned everyone that he won't have many of them. Nevertheless, you can pre-order the card now. It should be sent out to you within 48 hours and will cost you €620, including 19 per cent of VAT that they pay in our neighbouring Czech Republic.

The same source suggested that the price is rather reasonable as some of the top graphic cards that they have in stock cost even more. With GX2 you get two cards glued together for €620. To be even more precise it will cost 17434,- Kc Czech Korunas with DPH as this is their abbreviation for VAT.

At the end of the day, we were right about the price all along and Nvidia sure wants to make some trouble. ATI simply had to react and the expected move is here.
