Trash bang wallop
Friday, 25 May 2007, 12:04
THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY used the UK's Freedom of Information legislation to prise details of which councils have chipped up their bins so that if they want to they can tax your trash.

According to the Tories, the brochures of the bin suppliers say the systems are a "sure fire way to increase collection revenues". Families' "personal habits are recorded in a central database that gathers all information."

It's a jolly long list, we've had to PDF it up and it's here. ยต
