Paypal discovers new country

WE WERE PUZZLED to find that paypal appears to have discovered a new country named "Chili", apparently located down in South America, as the image below shows.

We guess they mean Chile, not "Chili" as in "Chili con carne".

To get to the screen above, the steps required are:
1. Log-in into your paypal account,
2. go to Help, click on "Non-US accounts", and then on the question "how do I retrieve money from my paypal account?", this should take you to a web page that states "For Anguilla, Argentina, Brazil, Chili, China, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Greece, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Luxembourg, Portugal, South Korea, Taiwan...". (if you are not logged in, you will be taken to a different page, as paypal seems to maintain two different sets of help pages, one for customers and another for "external" visitors).

In any case, the above web page makes one wonder if jokes like these are not rude but slightly realistic. µ
