AMD shows off etch-a-sketch Fab 4X

But still unclear whether it's a build

LOCAL NEWSPAPER the Times Union has a cartoon sketch of what AMD is planning for its Fab 4X factory.

It reports that it's nearly finished its design outline for the fab, partly funded by New York State.

But, it continues, the board of directors of AMD still haven't yet made a decision whether to build the fab or not.
