TUBE FIRM Universal Tube & Rollform Equipment Corporation has become so annoyed at being confused with video bin youtube that it has decided to sue.

"We've had to move our site five times in an effort to stay ahead of the youtube.com visitors," said Universal Tube president Ralph Girkins.

His firm wants some recompense for the costs involved and the difficulty its own customers have to endure when errant youtubers wibble on over to utube.com by mistake.

"We were there first," moaned Girkins, "by 10 years!"

The firm says things have gone potty these past couple of months so it has unleashed its briefs. µ
