OVER ON VAN's pages, Nils has what he says are Amusing Opteron Ideas. They're here. You decide.

Exhardware has a look tomorrow (oh yes) at SiS's Xabre 400 Graphics card. That's here.

VR-Zone has a review up on the new P4PB400 board, based on the VIA P4X400 chipset. They have compared its performance against the SiS648, Intel 850E, Intel 845G as well as the VIA P4X333. Wibble this way.

PCHardware puts Abit's Siluro GF4Ti up against MSI's G4Ti4400-VTD over here.

Hot Hardware has a look at The KT333 Chaintech 7VJL motherboard over here.

k-hardware has speculation about speculation about the new NV30 specs from Nvidia. Babelfish your way over here.

Icrontic has what it calls a preview of Microsoft's next Media Player, version 9. It's not too impressive though, like, "Unfortunately, WMP was installed in a manner so that previous versions of WMP were overwritten. As a result, I am unable to make a direct comparison of WMP9 and it's predecessor. However, I can make a comparison with the ever so-popular Winamp." Hmmm. Wibble over here.

The Austrian overclockers have a fiddle with a Prometeia cooling system to produce what they say, "is one of the best written articles about the Prometeia so far." In proper English, you'll find it here.

Over at the Winos forum (ain't that near Waterloo Station), the "boy Wetty and his dream" team have apparently posted Reset 4.10.

This little routine should get you out of trouble in any Win XP or .Net crisis. We've not tried it out yet but feel free to let us know how you get on. Start here, run the patch in safe mode, reboot and you're ready to reset.

Oh, and Hardocp.com exists, is really cool and is over here. Check it out. :)

For a post in the Daily Wibble mail the Wibbler here. µ

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
