When is this damn country going to tell the yanks to stick their extradition treaty up their arse. There's not a chance in hell they'd ever extradite someone back here for a similar offence.

The offence was committed in the UK, hence there is no grounds for extradition.

Judgment day awaits and awaits and awaits and...

Justice delayed is justice denied. McKinnon should have been shipped off to the U.S. ten years ago. Any other person admitting to their crimes would have been. The farse of his sudden illness is of no concern regarding extradition under the treaty. It's time to face the music Mr. McKinnon.
