Apple should be sued for restraint of trade. I have never seen a company that sues everybody at the drop of a hat. This company could not exist if it relied solely on competition. Who the hell would want a Steve Jobs doll anyway. It would probable run around suing eeverybody.

Jobs made money out of Chineese people for a long time. It is time that Chineese people make money out of Steve. That would be fair. Plus it is less polluting and does not use any company patents.

Since when does a company have the right to the likeness of a former employee who's dead?
