Surely everyone can see that the purpose of the DEA is to prevent upward social mobility. Can't have all those proles thinking they're as good as the Tories, now, can we? Let them use the Internet just like a regular person, and pretty soon they'll be organising meetings and registering to vote, and then where will you be?
