Great news for virtualization

Red Hat is leading in power efficiency by far at the moment. RHEV can run more VMs than other hypervisors, now this!

C6 states

I have one of those AMD Fusion boards and I hate the fact that the board makes a buzzing noise when switching in and out of the C6 state.

I don't think its an AMD problem as such, probably a faulty capacitor or resistor, but it put me off using the damn thing in a HTPC!

This is good

This is good as the new Opterons look like a nice jump in performance with reduced power and at a great price point. Now if Microsucks want's to remain relevant they had better improve their crap O/Ss.
