If Apple were to win a case like this and stop HTC and Samsung from importing devices into the US I believe there could be a case for a class action suit against Apple.

The free market system is supposed to allow for healthy competition and this would limit everyone's choice of what they can buy.

They are just mad that their product is now becoming inferior and has lost the lead in market share.

I know people hate Microsoft for their monopoly on operating systems, bundling free software (IE) with it, etc, etc but at the moment they don't hold a candle to Apple.

In my humble opinion HTC make some of the best smart phones (Iphone is a dumb phone, not a smart phone), Jobs doesn't have a leg to stand on accusing people of stealing their ideas since they never came up with any of them, instead they stole them from others

Anyone know why Microsoft hasn't sued Apple for taking their MS Surface, and releasing it as an ipod/pad/phone including multitouch, etc...

Microsoft came up with all the stuff, Apple copies everyone, claims it as their own, and no one is the wiser?
